Project Description
This is an Epping Forest view from the window of my studio.
As I stare through the Winter trees after sunset, my warm breath pierces the ice-cold air.
The colour drains from the forest leaving a tangled silhouette and only a patchwork quilt of colour from a sinking sun remains as a reminder of daylight.
This is the eleventh in my forest silhouette series.
The painting is framed in wood, painted black by me and is ready to hang.
Signed, named and dated on the canvas reverse.
